The WorkPlace Group

The WorkPlace offers employment services to help individuals prepare for, obtain, and sustain employment. These services include individual employment consulting, job search assistance, job-readiness programs, labour market information, job placement services, and career planning. We work with the local business community to assist with recruitment and hiring needs, as well as offering a variety of supports to local employers including a free training portal and potential financial incentives for hiring eligible job seekers. We are also available to support companies in the event of downsizing personnel. All of our services are free. We are funded in part by the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario and the Windsor Regional Employment Network, who act in the capacity of a Service System Manager for our region.
