Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board

The Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board is one of 22 community-based, non-profit corporations established in Ontario to play a leadership role in labour force development. The Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario fund the Board. The Board employs four full-time staff and hires contract and consultants to work on the various projects they undertake. The Board is governed by 17 volunteers representing business, labour, women, youth, francophones, persons with disabilities, visible minorities, educators and trainers.
